The event was a success!!

Bethany Christian Church hosted its Mental Health & the Church Event on August 30, 2025, to educate and increase awareness about the intersection of mental wellbeing and communities of faith. Participants learned how to replace stigma, harmful theology, and traditional religious practices with welcome, inclusion, affirmation, and accommodation. Did you miss the event but want to know more? Click the following links to the morning and afternoon session videos. For a copy of the handouts, click HERE. Feel free to share. Bethany hopes that mental wellness ministry grows through all congregations, and the sooner, the better!
